English in Anganwadi Centers


  Teaching with games and songs as in the past ... if not in English

 Lunch at the center for children 

 Ration at home for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under three years                                                                                                                               

The state government, which gives priority to the English medium ... is preparing to start teaching in English in Anganwadi Centers as well.  YSR is arranging to start classes under the name of Pre-Primary in the Anganwadi Centers which will be reopened from the 1st of next month after about 11 months.  In the past, all the teaching with games and songs in pre-primary was done in Telugu.  Upcoming in English 

 Pre-primary classes will be held from 9 am to 1 pm following the Kovid rules.  Teaching will be divided into pre-primary-1 for children under four years and pre-primary-2 for children between the ages of four and six 

Everything is in English ...                                                                                                  

Anganwadi Centers have always been run as pre-primary schools.  However, the teaching went on in Telugu.  He will be teaching in English medium from the 1st of next month.  Trained Anganwadi workers provided videos needed to gain more grip on teaching.  All conversations will take place in English from the time the child arrives in the class until they leave.  In addition to teaching in English medium, Anganwadi workers were trained on 17 types of activities                    

 In the past, if the materials required for the program were provided ... now it has to be made by the Anganwadi workers.  Material for this was provided by superiors. 

 Meals for children at the center 

 Kovid‌ has so far been supplying rations at home to pregnant women, children and nursing mothers.  However, from the first day onwards, students attending pre-primary classes will be served lunch at the center.  According to the daily menu, nutritious food consisting of egg, lentils and milk will be provided.  Pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under three years of age will be provided ration at home as in the past
