Gmail is full .... Tip to delete thousands of e-mails at once 


 To delete large amounts of emails, you need to open the Gmail web version.Then type the command "is: read" in the search box and enter.

Then all the mails you have read will appear. You will see "All Select Box" above the mails.  Click on it. 

Now only 50 mails will be selected.If you want to delete even more mails .. Click on the "Select All Conversations That Match This Search" option.  Then all the mails you read will be selected. 


 Then you can delete everything at once by clicking on the Delete / Trash icon. Emails read with this bulk action will be deleted at once even if there are 1,000 .. even 10,000.


 However, do not forget to uncheck the most important e - mails before deleting them. 


 After unchecking you need to click on the Delete All Selected option again.  If possible, send important emails from the "Read" folder to another folder before deleting them.


  Only emails with attachments can be deleted. To do this, click on the "Has Attachments" option.  You can use the "Advanced Search" option to delete emails containing specific time, size, and words.


In fact, there are more unread emails than read emails in the Gmail inbox. However, unread mails can be easily deleted using the same trick. 


 For this you have to type is: unread in the inbox and enter.Next, just follow the steps as mentioned in is: read. 

Now, is: sent .. is: unsent .. is: starred All types of mails can be deleted by typing in the search box.  Give it a try.
