AP Govt: Formula for Disclosure of SSC Exam Results .. State Government OKs High Power Committee Recommendations 


 Government of Andhra Pradesh has approved the formula for the disclosure of Class X examination results.  The recommendations of the High Power Committee appointed for the design were approved by the State Government.  The High Power Committee reported on the flexible procedure for disclosing the results as the tests were canceled due to Kovid.  The government has approved the formula devised by the High Power Committee for disclosing the results of the Class X public examinations in 2020 and 2021.  Decided to announce grades for the 2019-2020 academic year.  Decided to give grade points to all those who issued pass certificates in 2020 


  Clarifies that these grades should be declared on the basis of 3 formative assessments conducted internally at the rate of 50 marks 


  Students who have failed in the years 2018 and 2019 are advised to count for 20 marks based on their previous ability to apply for the exams in 2020 


  Recommended to give internal assessment marks of 30 per cent to 70 per cent weightage slip tests for all students in the 2021 academic year.  Recommended to give pass grade to students who do not appear for internal assessment exams 


  It was decided to declare the results for Vocational students based on the grades obtained in the SSC examinations.  The orders have already been issued by the Chief Secretary of the School Education Department B. Rajasekhar
