In Rangareddy district, a suburb of the state capital, there is no effort made by employees for posting. Even this will be cut off. We are ready for any situation. There are more than 300 people from other districts who have taken posting in Rangareddy district along with Recommendation. But according to 317 Geo.. Posting has to be given according to locality. Teacher Posts School Assistant, Second Grade Teachers Posts come under Locality. Almost only natives are available for teacher posts. But in Rangareddy district it seems that Piravi Karu has the upper hand. As part of the re-distribution of districts, some mandals from Mahabubnagar region were merged into Rangareddy district. So some senior teachers from Mahabubnagar were assigned to Ranga Reddy. However, according to the seniority, the posts were allocated in the first phase according to the share due from Mahabubnagar to Rangareddy. But instead of stopping here some teachers from Mahabubnagar district went to the court claiming that they have seniority and they were also posted in Rangareddy district. With this additional posts were obtained in Rangareddy district. The government has not taken any action on this till now. It is known that around 300 teachers from other districts are in Ranga Reddy for various reasons.

As Rangareddy district is close to the state capital Hyderabad, all eyes are on this district. Due to this, the employees with political influence are taking the job and getting posting orders. Locals are losing because of that. For example, a teacher from suburban district got posting in Sarurnagar Government School. How he got posting here is questionable. The teachers unions questioned the education department officials about this but there was no reply. He is a teacher union state leader. There are allegations that he got the posting here as he was the leader of the association affiliated to the previous government. It is known that hundreds of posts have been obtained through their merit.


Replacement of teachers in against posts

Teachers have been replaced in 25 against posts in the district. Regarding the teacher who came with Recommendation, even if the subject post is not vacant, he has been filled in one of the subject posts. If the post of English subject is vacant.. Maths teacher is taken. Because of this, the subject teacher or the students are losing. Many people have entered the district with these Recommendation. Due to this, local employees as well as students are facing difficulties. Due to illegal intrusions, teacher posts are vacant or unemployed people are also losing. The teachers unions want the current government to focus on the shortcomings of the previous government and take action against those who came illegally.
