Sakshi, Kamareddy: Disregarding duties. Trembling began among the teachers who were engrossed in their own businesses. Kamareddy MLA Katipalli Venkataramana Reddy focused on business teachers. Schools are being disturbed because of sudden inspections for a week. On 13th of this month, a primary school was inspected at Arepalli Thanda, Rajampet mandal. Balaji is a teacher working there without permission from the authorities and without taking leave. It was found that he was not coming to school. The MLA, who was surprised to find a woman from Tanda on duty instead of him, called the authorities and protested. The officials of the education department conducted an investigation and issued an order suspending the said teacher Balaji. There are criticisms that some business teachers do not attend the duties by subduing the authorities. It is surprising that the authorities did not know that the teachers were not coming to the schools for days until the MLA inspected them. Some teachers are commuting from Hyderabad. Some of the teachers working in Bhikkanur, Rajampet, Bibipet, Domakonda, Machareddy, Kamareddy, Tadwai, Sadashivanagar, Ramareddy and other mandals are coming and going from Hyderabad. Although every teacher is supposed to reach the school at prayer time, many seem to be late. They should know how to reach schools at eight o'clock in the morning in the background of late night schools!


Struggling with inspections..

As the MLA is inspecting the schools, the Dumma masters are struggling. While some teachers are busy doing business, others are wandering around the DEO's office. Not going to schools in the name of some job. There are those who have not seen the face of the school for days. Even though it is not related to the programs held in the district center, some of them are attending those programs by neglecting their duties. Some other teachers are hanging around with political leaders and public representatives. Not counting the officials who are under the political leaders. There is a need for the authorities to realize their responsibilities and inspect the schools even in the context of MLA inspections.


MLA checks for a week

MLA KVR has been conducting surprise inspections of schools in the constituency for a week. As part of that, he made it clear that on 12th of this month, a meeting will be arranged with the education department officials, cluster headmasters and headmasters in his camp office and ensure that time is followed. He said that he would conduct inspections and sent it away. Meanwhile, during the MLA's inspection, a teacher union leader working in Domakonda was found to be absent from duty and given a warning. A teacher working in Kaysampally in Kamareddy Mandal has become serious about absenteeism in the name of DSO. Many schools were also inspected in Machareddy, Bibipet, Bhikkanur and other mandals. Meanwhile, in the background of the MLA's inspections, the teachers began to tremble. With this, they are trying to attend duties regularly.


Busy with business..

Most of the teachers working in government schools attend their duties regularly and provide good teaching to the children. Government schools are still able to survive because of such teachers. But some are immersing themselves in their own businesses while ignoring their duties. Especially real estate, construction sector, management of hotels, lodges, private colleges, schools, finance, chits and finally some are involved in liquor racket. Some other teachers are going on regular foreign tours along with their business partners. There are allegations that even while going on tours, some do not even take vacations.
