Do this to prevent bird flu ... Centeral Guidelines 


  Bird flu is known to be prevalent in many states of the country. In this context, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has recently released some guidelines. 

Poultry meat and eggs are mentioned in his instructions. FSSAI clarifies that half boiled eggs but not properly cooked chicken meat. 

  Poultry meat should be cooked properly. FSSAI states that consumers and traders should not worry about eating poultry products in a safe manner. 


  The guidelines are as follows ... 

  •   Eat half-boiled eggs, uncooked chicken. 
  •   Do not expose raw meat. 
  •   Do not eat raw meat directly. 
  •  Wear masks and gloves when catching raw meat. 
  •   Eat chicken, eggs after they are fully cooked 
  •   Do not touch dead birds with your bare hands. 
  •   Wash your hands often and keep your surroundings clean.
